We are looking for Raw Material Checker 1 (Pathumthani Mill) to join our team in Thailand.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy of product distribution according to the FIFO system (First In, First Out) to prevent old stock from remaining in the warehouse. Products should be distributed according to the FIFO system as specified, without any old lot remaining in the warehouse.

  • Verify the accuracy of product distribution against the requisition form to ensure the actual products match the SAP system and comply with accounting principles. The products distributed to Production should match the requisition form, and quarterly inventory counts should ensure the actual products match the SAP system.

  • Manage and prepare the storage area to accommodate the volume of incoming products. Products delivered by suppliers should be stored quickly, within no more than 3 hours.

  • Maintain equipment and machinery for moving products to ensure they are operational at all times. Issue repair jobs when equipment is damaged, and ensure that pallet trucks and forklifts are always operational.

  • Control the inspection of products and the recording of receipt documents by receiving staff to ensure compliance with operational procedures. Receiving staff should be able to perform their tasks correctly according to the procedures.

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related fields.

  • At least 1-2 years working experiences in raw material checking in the warehouse.

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel.

  • Able to communicate in English both spoken and written.

  • High responsible, enthusiastic and willing to learn new thing.
