Health, Safety and Well-being
Your well-being and safety are of paramount importance to us. That’s why we’ve adopted the technology advances that create greater flexibility in our communications and business operations. These technologies enable us to conduct interviews using online platforms that ensure safety and security. If you have any questions about this process, please do not hesitate to ask your recruiter.

The first step toward joining Kimberly-Clark begins when you apply for a career opportunity. As part of applying, we’ll want to know some key information, and you’ll have the opportunity to upload your resume and any other pertinent documents.
After you apply for an opportunity, one of our recruiters will review your background, experience and assessment (If applicable). The recruiter will request a phone interview with the most qualified candidates. If you don’t get a request for a phone interview, you’ll receive an email communication to inform on status. We will maintain your application so recruiters can review for future openings and may reach out to you if there is a position that you are qualified for.
After recruiter phone interviews, the most qualified candidates will be invited to continue in the interview process, which could include another phone interview, other assessment, or participating in an on-site interview. If invited to an on-site interview, please be prepared to discuss successes you’ve had in a Behavioral Interview format, meaning we’ll ask you to describe the situation, what actions you took and the results of your effort.
If Kimberly-Clark determines you are the most qualified candidate for the position, we may provide you with a formal job offer. Should you accept an offer of employment, you will then begin the Pre-Start Onboarding process working toward your first day with Kimberly-Clark.
